Spotter arms are what let you press heavy outside the cage without a training partner. These are built from 60mm × 60mm × 2mm steel tubing, pin straight onto the upright, and carry a rubber top lining so a failed rep drops onto rubber rather than bare steel.

The angled load-bearing bracket transfers force back into the upright instead of hanging it off the pin — the difference between an arm that stays true and one that gradually droops.

Will They Fit Your Rack?

Built for 60mm × 60mm uprights. Measure your frame first — our 75mm attachments are a different family and will not fit.

How do I know they will fit?
Measure the upright. 60mm × 60mm square tube takes these arms. If your rack is 75mm, you need the 75mm version instead. Unsure? Send us a photo and we will confirm.

Do I still need a spotter?
For bench and press work inside the arms, no — that is the point. Set them just below your working depth so a failed rep lands on the rubber lining.

Will they damage my barbell?
No. The high-density rubber top cover means the bar never contacts bare steel.
