The J-hook is the part of your rack that actually takes the bar, so it is not the place to save money. These are pressed from high-gauge steel and tested past 800kg — well beyond what the bar will ever put through them — with a 26mm pin sized for commercial 60mm rigs and cages.

Will They Fit Your Rack?

Two things have to match: the upright must be 60mm × 60mm, and the hole must be 26mm.

How do I check which version I need?
Measure the upright and the hole. 60 × 60mm tube with a 26mm hole takes this pair. A 25mm hole takes the 25mm version. A 75mm upright takes the 75mm hooks. Unsure? Send us a photo with a tape measure against the upright and we will tell you.

Will they take a fully loaded bar?
They are tested past 800kg, which is far more than any bar you will rack on them. The limiting factor will always be your rack, not these hooks.

Do they mark the barbell?
The hook cradle is lined so the bar sits on the liner rather than bare steel — standard practice for protecting knurling and finish on a commercial floor.
