Gym Astro Turf

Sled Track and Sprint Lane Turf from Morgan and Fitness Hero, Custom Logo Turf, Hybrid Grass Tiles and Artificial Grass

Gym turf gives you a dedicated lane for sled pushes and pulls, sprints, agility drills and loaded carries, and it marks out functional training zones from the rest of your floor. It suits commercial gyms, combat sports centres, PT studios and home gyms.

The range includes Morgan Sports' 10m x 2m sled and sprint turf in green or black, our own Fitness Hero high-density and sled turf in 10m x 1m, 10m x 2m and 20m x 2m rolls that can carry your logo, hybrid grass-top rubber tiles, and 25mm artificial grass for lawns and landscaped areas.

How to Choose Gym Turf

• Sled work: choose a turf made for sleds. Morgan's turf and our Sled Astro Turf use a curled weave that sleds glide over, with no sand, rubber infill or brushing needed.
• Size: measure your track. Rolls are 1m or 2m wide and 10m or 20m long, and rolls can be joined with turf joining tape for a longer or wider lane.
• Base and fixing: turf rolls lay straight onto concrete. Heavy-duty Velcro under the seams holds them in place, or use carpet tape for a permanent fit. For extra cushioning, the hybrid tiles put a 3mm grass top on a 15mm recycled rubber base and loose-lay in 1m x 1m tiles.
• Indoors or outdoors: Morgan's green turf has 5mm drainage holes for outdoor tracks. Our premium turf suits indoor and covered outdoor areas. The 25mm artificial grass is UV-stabilised for lawns.
• Branding: our Premium High Density and Sled turf can be made in green, black or blue, or with your gym's logo. See the product pages for details.
