Premium Astro Turf - High Density is a professional-grade turf engineered for demanding workouts. It gives you a robust, non-slip surface for sled tracks, sprint lanes, agility exercises and functional fitness zones, with the long-lasting durability that heavy commercial use calls for. This roll measures 10m x 2m and is 2cm thick.

A slight curl weave creates a lifelike surface that power sleds glide over, and the custom yarn weave means it needs no sand, rubber infill or brushing to stay at its best. Each roll is made to order in green, blue, black or a full custom colour, with free logo or branding customisation to match your gym.

Which Size?

All three standard rolls are the same 2cm high-density turf, so choose by the width and length of your track:

• 10m x 1m - covers 10 m², the narrowest roll for narrower lanes and strips
• 10m x 2m (this roll) - covers 20 m², a 2m-wide lane in a 10m length
• 20m x 2m - covers 40 m² in one continuous 20m length, so a 20m lane needs no join

Need something else? Custom sizes can be made on request, and rolls can be joined with adjoining tape to extend the length or width of your track.

Warranty

This product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear and tear from normal training use. Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For full terms, see our Warranty Policy.

How Many Rolls Do I Need?

Each 10m x 2m roll covers 20 m². For a 2m-wide lane, allow one roll for every 10m of track and join the rolls end to end with adjoining tape. For a 20m lane with no join, see the 20m x 2m roll above, and for sizes that aren't listed, custom sizes can be made on request.

Installation Tips

• Prepare the floor - lay the turf on a clean, dry and level surface such as concrete
• Roll it out flat - position the roll and unroll it fully before fixing anything down
• Fix the seams - heavy-duty Velcro under the seams holds the turf in place but lets you lift it later; carpet tape gives a more permanent installation
• Extend the track - butt rolls together and join them with adjoining tape to make a longer or wider lane

Does it need sand or rubber infill?
No. Custom yarn weaving patterns mean it needs no sand, rubber or even brushing to keep the turf at its best.

Can I put my gym's logo on it?
Yes. Free logo and branding customisation is included. Contact us with your artwork.

What colours can I choose?
Green, blue or black, or choose Custom Colour to have the turf made in a full custom colour.

Can I use it outdoors?
It's 100% UV treated and weather resistant, and it suits covered outdoor areas as well as indoor training spaces.

Do you install?
Yes. Our team can install in Sydney; contact us for a quote. Outside Sydney, the turf can be laid by a flooring installer or a handy owner using the method above.
