Frequently Asked Questions

Is the cup included?
Yes. A protective cup comes with the guard and sits in a velcro pouch, so you can take it out for washing or swap in a different cup.

What size do I need?
Go by your waist measurement on the Size Guide tab. The smaller sizes suit kids and juniors, and many parents find it a good fit for growing boys.

Should I wear it inside or outside my pants?
Either works. Most people wear it under shorts or a gi, but it can go over the top for some styles and gradings.
