It was easy to assemble, just make sure you have 2 adjustable spanners. I have only tested it with 100kg. Even with 100kg and if you tighten the nuts and bolts fully, there is some wobble if you move the centre pole left and right. However, it does not detract from the functionality. I bought some of the "modern" cable attachments from ebay (different varying grips) and had a great workout with the pulldown and row. With the row function, I found that the whole machine will move despite having 100kg on it so make sure you put both heels at the bottom of the foot rest (folded up) before rowing. I put 2 spare plates on the ground behind the machine to prevent the plates grinding up the wall.

If you like toffee apples but don’t want the sugar hit, this protein bar has got you! Such a creative flavour. I would love to see more ‘out of the box’ flavours like this one.

Yamasaki generally make really good quality martial art attire, unfortunately I received a pair of pants that clearly wasn't made properly. For that I would give the Yamasaki brand 4 stars as their workmanship quality was clearly not up to standard - yet the manufacturer packaged them anyway.
Fitness Hero acknowledged the defect and immediately posted out a replacement pair and that's great customer service! I will continue to safely purchase from Fitness Hero.

I've tried a couple of greens supplements but this has by far been the best one so far. The passionfruit flavour is a personal favourite, you can barely tell its a healthy drink.

I know that tib bars are all the rage, particularly with people who follow Ben Patrick of ATG. Well this tib bar is everything I wanted and needed to help me start strengthening my tibialis and get a very concentrated and full stretch on my front ankle. I’ve always had a problem with tightness in this area no matter what stretches I tried. So glad I found one at a price I was willing to pay and much more glad it’s helping me beyond what I expected it. Early days yet but it feel right.
