The HS-X Abductor / Adductor covers both inner and outer thigh training from a single seated position. Twin cams switch the resistance between adduction - squeezing inward for the inner thighs - and abduction - driving outward for the glute medius and outer hips - with no cable changes and no second machine.

Five start positions let every user set their own range of motion, from rehab-gentle to full-stretch, while the adjustable back pad and knee pads keep the seated position comfortable through high-rep sets. The 96kg pin-loaded stack changes load with one pin.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 240kg with polyurethane pads and premium PU leather, it's a compact commercial station - one of the most-queued machines on any gym floor.

What's the difference between abduction and adduction?
Abduction pushes the legs outward against resistance - training the glute medius and outer hips. Adduction squeezes them inward - training the inner thighs. The twin cams switch the direction of resistance in seconds, so one machine does both.

Why train these muscles at all?
Beyond shaping, the abductors stabilise the hips and keep knees tracking correctly in squats, lunges and running, while strong adductors protect against groin strains. It's one of the most functional isolation stations on the floor.

What do the five start positions do?
They set where the movement begins - a shorter, gentler range for beginners and rehab clients, or a deeper stretch position for advanced users. Each member finds their own comfortable range in seconds.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Very - the seated, guided movement is one of the easiest machines in the gym to learn, and the pin stack scales from rehab-light to heavy.

Can I upgrade the weight stack?
Yes - on made-to-order builds the 96kg + 4.6kg stack can be increased to 117kg + 4.6kg or 138kg + 4.6kg at $10 per extra kilogram.

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
