The Legacy Dual Abductor / Adductor puts two of the most-requested lower-body isolation movements into one station. A rotating cam selector switches the machine between abduction - driving the legs outward for the glute medius and outer hips - and adduction - squeezing inward for the inner thighs - in seconds, with no pad swapping and no second machine.

It's a favourite on glute-focused floors and a quiet workhorse for hip stability: the abductors it trains are the muscles that keep knees tracking straight in squats and lunges. The 100kg pin-loaded stack makes it instantly adjustable for everyone from rehab clients to heavy pressers.

Built on a 3mm reinforced steel frame at 275kg with oversized leg pads and adjustable start positions, it's rated to a 180kg max user weight and made for high-volume commercial use.

What's the difference between abduction and adduction?
Abduction pushes the legs outward against resistance - training the glute medius and outer hips. Adduction squeezes them inward - training the inner thighs. This machine does both; the rotating cam switches the direction of resistance in seconds.

Why train these muscles at all?
Beyond shaping, the abductors are the muscles that stabilise your hips and keep knees tracking correctly in squats, lunges and running. Strong adductors balance the hip and protect against groin strains. It's one of the most functional isolation stations on a gym floor.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Very - the seated, guided movement is one of the easiest machines in the gym to learn, and the pin stack scales from rehab-light to heavy.

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
