Reload Power Resistor Bands, Latex and Fabric Glute Bands and Tube Band Sets

Resistance bands add load that builds as they stretch, which makes them useful for everything from glute activation and warm-ups to assisted pull-ups and banded barbell lifts. They are light, cheap to add to any gym and easy to pack for travel.

The range includes Reload and Fitness Hero power bands, Fitness Hero and Morgan Sports glute bands, and a tube band set with handles and a door anchor.

How to Choose Resistance Bands

• Power bands (large loops): long continuous latex loops for pull-up and dip assistance, banded squats, bench and deadlifts, and stretching. Resistance rises with band width, so most people building their first pull-ups start with a medium band and step down as they get stronger.
• Mini and glute bands: short loops that sit above the knees or around the ankles for lateral walks, bridges and squats. Latex micro bands are thin and suit high-rep activation and shoulder work; woven fabric bands stay flat and don't roll under heavier lower-body work.
• Tube bands with handles: clip-on bands with handles, ankle straps and a door anchor give a cable-machine feel for presses, rows and curls at home.
• Safety: check bands for nicks before use, anchor them to something secure, and release tension slowly. Most bands are latex, so check the product page if you have a latex allergy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which band should I use for pull-ups?
For most people, a Medium power band (approx. 23kg to 36kg of assistance) is the right start. Heavier athletes may need a Large or X-Large, and you step down a size as you get stronger.

Latex or fabric glute bands?
Latex micro bands are thinner and suit high-rep activation and shoulder work. Fabric bands grip better and don't roll under heavier squats, bridges and hip thrusts. Many people use both.

Can I combine bands?
Yes. You can stack glute bands or clip several tube bands together for more resistance, and stacking is easier on each band than overstretching one.

Are resistance bands suitable for rehab?
Bands are common in rehab and prehab programs, but if you are working back from an injury, check the right exercises and resistance with a physiotherapist or other health professional first.
