The Morgan Resistance Micro Glute Band builds strength and joint stability across the hips, glutes, legs and shoulders. At 23cm, this is the compact loop in our range — a snugger fit above the knees that delivers more tension through the same movement, for lateral walks, resisted squats, leg extensions and shoulder stabilisation work.

Made from high-grade latex rubber compounds in two thicknesses, the bands stack together for heavier resistance or loop together for extra length.

The 23cm sits snugger and works harder through the same range — the pick for focused glute activation. Our 30cm Latex Micro Booty Bands are roomier with five resistance levels if you want a gentler start or a full ladder.
