The Sting 4 Inch Neo Lifting Belt is a soft, contoured neoprene weightlifting belt built for lifters who want lower back and core support without the stiffness of a thick leather powerlifting belt. A 3-inch heavy-duty nylon webbing strap overlays the neoprene body to reinforce the belt under load, while extra-thick memory foam padding keeps the lower back warm and cushioned through long sessions.

Six vertical support struts run through the back panel to stabilise the lumbar and abdominal region, and the contoured cut follows the natural curve of the spine so the belt sits flat and stays put. A heavy-gauge stainless steel roller buckle makes tightening and releasing quick between sets.

Lifting belts are worn above the hips, around the navel - not at your jeans waistline. Measure around your midsection at navel height with your core relaxed, over the clothing you train in, then use the Sting chart below. If you land at the top of a size, go up one - the roller buckle and hook-and-loop strap give plenty of adjustment.

Is a neoprene belt as supportive as a leather belt?
No - and it isn't meant to be. A leather or lever belt is a rigid wall to brace against for maximal powerlifting attempts. The Neo is flexible, so it supports and warms the lower back while still letting you move naturally, which makes it the better everyday belt for most gym-goers. 4 inch or 6 inch - which should I get?
The 4 inch is more versatile: it clears the ribs and hips on shorter torsos and doesn't restrict movement during cleans, snatches or dynamic work. The 6 inch gives more lumbar coverage and suits taller lifters or those who mainly squat and deadlift.

Can I wear it for manual work or as a back-support belt?

How do I care for it?
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap, rinse and air dry away from direct sun. Don't machine wash, tumble dry or leave it in a hot car - heat breaks down neoprene and hook-and-loop.
