Morgan Figure 8 Straps are designed to help you lift more when your grip gives out before your back and legs do. The figure 8 shape locks your wrist to the bar, shifting the load from your fingers to your wrists and arms, so you can hold heavy deadlifts, shrugs, rack pulls and rows for the full set.

They're made from 100% industrial quality reinforced cotton, with neoprene padding at the wrist for comfort under heavy loads. To use them, put your wrist through one loop, pass the strap under the bar, then put the same wrist through the second loop and grip the bar as normal.

How are figure 8 straps different from regular lifting straps?
Regular straps wrap around the bar and rely on your grip to hold the wrap tight. Figure 8 straps loop around the bar and back onto your wrist, so they're faster to set up and hold the bar more securely on very heavy pulls.

Can I use them for cleans and snatches?
No. Figure 8 straps lock you to the bar and can't be released quickly, so they're not suitable for Olympic lifts or any lift where you may need to drop the bar.
