What We Collect

Contact and order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, order history and communications with us.

Payment and finance details: processed by our payment and finance providers when you pay or apply for finance.

Project details: for quotes, fit-outs, installations and servicing, information about your business, site and requirements.

Rewards details: your points and activity if you join our Hero Gains rewards program.

Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Collect It
Mostly directly from you: when you place an order, request a quote, visit a store, contact us, join our rewards program or sign up to our emails. We also receive order details from the marketplaces you buy through, such as Bunnings, Harvey Norman and Kogan, and usage information through cookies.
How We Use It
- to process, deliver and support your orders, returns and warranty claims
- to prepare quotes and carry out fit-out, installation and servicing work
- to respond to your enquiries and keep you updated on your order
- to run our rewards program
- to prevent fraud and keep our site secure
- to improve our site, products and services, and to show you relevant advertising
- to send you marketing, where you have agreed to receive it
Who We Share It With
We share personal information only as needed to run our business, including with:
- Shopify, which hosts our online store
- payment and finance providers, such as Afterpay, Zip, Procuret and GRENKE
- couriers, freight carriers and delivery booking platforms
- the marketplace you ordered through, where relevant
- advertising and analytics providers, such as Google
- other service providers who help us run our website, rewards program and customer support
- our professional advisers, and government or law enforcement bodies where required by law
We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas Disclosure
Some of our service providers, including Shopify and Google, store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada.
Cookies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to run the store, remember your cart, understand how our site is used and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site may not work properly without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails or SMS if you have agreed to receive them, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
