The Solaris Pull Over locks that movement into a guided path - seated, braced and loaded with Olympic plates - so you get the deep stretch and hard contraction without a dumbbell drifting over your face.

The Olympic plate-loaded system keeps tension honest from full stretch to full contraction, and the smooth arcing lever means the load stays on the target muscles instead of the shoulder joint. It's isolation work that trains like a compound.

What muscles does the pull over machine work?
Primarily the lats, with strong engagement of the chest, serratus and triceps - one of the few machines that trains back and chest in the same movement.

How is it different from a lat pulldown?
The pullover moves the arms through a much longer arc, giving a deeper lat stretch and more direct chest and serratus involvement than a pulldown. Most serious back programs run both.

Machine pullover or dumbbell pullover?
The machine keeps the resistance curve consistent through the whole arc and removes the risk of a dumbbell drifting over your face at the stretch - so you can load heavier, safely.

What plates does it take?
Standard Olympic (50mm) plates - the same plates as the rest of your floor. Plates are sold separately; add them to your order and we will freight everything together.

What pairs well with it?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
