The Solaris Iso-Lateral Row builds thickness across the upper and mid-back the way no bilateral machine can: with fully independent arms. Each side of the back works on its own - so your stronger side can't carry the weaker one, and left-right imbalances get found and fixed instead of hidden.

Train both arms together for heavy rowing, alternate for core-demanding anti-rotation work, or load one side at a time for pure unilateral focus. The Olympic plate-loaded system scales as heavy as your strongest lifters can pull, and precision bearings keep every rep smooth and controlled under load.

Built from commercial-grade high-strength steel at 128kg with adjustable high-density padding and ergonomic non-slip grips, it's made for high-traffic commercial floors, PT studios and serious home gyms.

What does iso-lateral mean?
Each arm works independently on its own load path. Train both sides together, alternate them, or work one side at a time - your stronger side can never compensate for the weaker one, which is exactly how imbalances get fixed.

Why train unilaterally at all?
Almost everyone has a stronger side. Bilateral machines let it dominate; independent arms expose the gap and let you bring the weak side up with focused extra volume.

Can beginners use it?
Yes - the guided path and chest support make strict form the default, and the same machine scales to heavy unilateral work for advanced lifters.

What plates does it take?
Standard Olympic (50mm) plates - the same plates as the rest of your floor. Plates are sold separately; add them to your order and we will freight everything together.

Is it heavy-duty enough for commercial use?
Yes - a 128kg commercial steel frame with precision bearings, backed by a 10-year frame warranty and built for high-traffic floors.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
