Back training has two jobs - width and thickness - and the Solaris Rowing Lat Pulldown does both from one seat. Its plate-loaded arms travel through a converging arc that works as a vertical pulldown for the lats and a rowing pull for the mid-back, hitting the lats, traps and rhomboids with the biceps along for the ride.

The Olympic plate-loaded system means resistance scales as far as your strongest lifters can take it, while precision bearings keep the movement smooth and the ergonomic arc keeps tension on the back - not the shoulders - through the full range.

Built on a commercial-grade high-strength steel frame at 160kg with adjustable high-density padding and non-slip grips, it's made for high-traffic commercial floors and serious home gyms alike.

What's the difference between this and a standard lat pulldown?
A standard pulldown pulls straight down - width work only. The Solaris combines the pulldown with a rowing arc, so the same machine trains lat width and mid-back thickness. It's the difference between a wide back and a complete one.

What plates does it take?
Standard Olympic (50mm) plates - the same plates as the rest of your floor. Plates are sold separately; add them to your order and we will freight everything together.

Is it suitable for a home gym?
Yes - if you have the space. The footprint is 1.6m x 1.6m and the frame stands 2.03m tall, so check your ceiling height.

What should I pair it with?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
