Flexible Equipment Financing From Fitness Hero with GRENKECommercial-Grade Sled and Sprint Track Turf | 10m x 2m Roll
Morgan Green Astro Turf is a commercial-grade athletic turf for functional fitness gyms and combat sports centres that want a dedicated lane for sled pushes, sled pulls and sprint work. Each roll is 10m long and 2m wide and is built for high-use areas.
The 100% UV-resistant polyethylene fibrillated yarn stands about 15mm high with a slight natural curl, which gives a realistic surface that power sleds glide over. The weave doesn't need sand, rubber infill or brushing, 5mm drainage holes let water through for outdoor tracks, and it can be laid straight onto concrete with heavy-duty Velcro under the seams, or with carpet tape for a more permanent fit.

How do I lay it on concrete?
Roll it out flat and fix heavy-duty Velcro under the seams so it stays put but can be lifted later. For a permanent install, use carpet tape.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes. The yarn and backings are UV resistant and the 5mm drainage holes let rainwater through.
Can I join rolls to make a longer or wider track?
Yes. Butt the rolls together and join them with a dedicated turf joining tape along the seam. Contact us if you'd like help planning a longer track.
Do you install?
Yes. Our team can install in Sydney; contact us for a quote. Outside Sydney, the turf can be laid by a flooring installer or a handy owner using the method above.
Ships Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse.
