Jammer arms bring machine-style pressing into a free-weight rack. They pivot from the uprights on a fixed arc, so you can press, row, squat and hinge against plate-loaded resistance without a spotter and without a dedicated machine taking up floor space.

Built from 60mm × 60mm commercial steel tubing at roughly 20kg per arm, they are heavy enough to stay planted under serious load and controlled enough for explosive work.

Built for 60mm × 60mm uprights. Measure your frame before ordering — our 75mm attachments are a different family and will not fit.

• Fits: Commercial Grade Power Rack (OK9180) — 60 × 60 × 2mm tubing
• Fits: Max Strength V2 Power Rack — 60 × 60 steel frame
• Does not fit 75mm frames such as the Reload Pro Commercial Half Rack.
