The Reload Pro Ultimate PT Studio Package is a complete training floor in one order, built for personal trainers, serious home gyms and commercial studios: a 500kg-rated commercial half rack, an adjustable incline/flat/decline bench, our 700lb Olympic barbell, 100kg of rubber-coated tri grip plates, snap lock collars - and six 15mm commercial rubber tiles so the floor under it all is sorted too.

The Components

The half rack (OK9184e) - heavy-duty 75 x 75 x 2mm steel tubing rated to 500kg, with 26mm laser-cut-numbered J-hooks, 50mm hole spacing, plastic-protected safety bars, six Olympic plate storage holders and a matte black electrostatic powder coat. Footprint 1531W x 1404L x 2342H mm, 126kg of rack.

The bench (TS213) - full incline, flat and decline adjustment across six incline settings, heavy-duty steel frame, extra-thick padding and transport wheels - backed by a 5-year frame warranty.

The barbell - our Harden Chrome 700lb workhorse: 2.2m, 195,000 PSI steel, 4 bearings per sleeve, no centre knurl.

The flooring - six 1m x 1m x 15mm commercial rubber tiles at 1000kg/m³ density, slip-tested to AS4586:2013, waterproof and non-toxic. Available in All Black, Blue Fleck, White Fleck or Red Fleck - tell us your preferred colour in the order notes, or contact us after ordering.

Is this package suitable for a home gym?
Absolutely - it's commercial-grade equipment sized for a garage or spare room. The half rack's 500kg rating and the 700lb bar mean nothing here becomes the weak link as you get stronger.

Why a half rack instead of a full cage?
A half rack gives you J-hooks, safety bars and plate storage in a smaller footprint, with open access for spotting clients - ideal for PT work. Want the fully enclosed version? Step up to Package 2 with a commercial power cage.

Can I choose the flooring colour?
Yes - the tiles come in All Black, Blue Fleck, White Fleck and Red Fleck. Pop your preferred colour in the order notes at checkout, or contact us and we'll note it against your order.

Tri grip plates or bumpers for a PT studio?
The included tri grips are easier to handle and rack for general client training. If your programming leans on Olympic lifts and dropped bars, look at the Package 6 bumper edition - same half rack and bench, with Reload EPDM bumpers.

What warranty does the package carry?
The barbell carries 2 years structural warranty for home use (1 year commercial) plus 12 months on bearings; the bench carries 5 years on the frame and 12 months on upholstery; the gym flooring carries 2 years; the rack, plates and collars carry 12 months. Can I add more weight later?
Easily - the same tri grip plates are sold in pairs from 2.5kg to 25kg in the Olympic Weight Plates range, and the rack stores them on six holders.
