Which plate package should I choose?
80kg suits new lifters with room to grow; 100-120kg covers most intermediate strength programs; 150kg is for experienced lifters who don't want to buy twice. You can always add more Reload HD pairs later — they're the same plates sold individually.

Are these the same products you sell separately?
Yes — every component links to its own listing above with full specifications. The package simply bundles them at a better price than buying piece by piece.

Can I drop the bumpers in a garage?
That's what they're built for — dead-blow EPDM construction handles repeated drops. We recommend rubber gym flooring under the lifting area to protect the slab; add it to the order and it freights together.

How much space do I need?
