The Lat Attachment turns your Fitness Hero Power Rack into a full home gym. Bolted to the rear of the rack, it adds a plate-loaded cable system for lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, straight-arm work and seated low rows - the pulling exercises a barbell alone can’t cover.

The design extends just 45cm from the rear of the cage, keeping your footprint compact while adding a complete upper-body cable station.

What plates does it take?
Standard Olympic plates - load the carriage to set your resistance.

What exercises can I do?
Lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns and straight-arm pulldowns up top; seated low rows from the floor pulley.

Is a bar included?
The attachment ships with its loading carriage - cable handles and bars from our cable attachments range complete the station.
