Is the weight per plate or per pair?
Per plate — a 20kg pair is two 20kg plates (40kg total on the bar before collars).

Can I drop them from overhead?
Yes — that's what bumpers are for. The EPDM compound and dead-blow density are built for repeated drops from waist, chest and overhead height. We still recommend dropping onto rubber flooring or a platform to protect the slab underneath.

Will they fit my barbell?
The 50.5mm centre hole fits any standard 50mm Olympic barbell sleeve — snug enough not to rattle, loose enough to load fast.

Why does low bounce matter?
High-bounce plates ricochet unpredictably when dropped loaded. The 75-90 SHa dead-blow construction kills the rebound, so the bar lands and stays — safer for lifters and everyone training nearby.

What does a full set weigh?
One pair of each size (5 through 25kg) totals 150kg of plates — a complete Olympic lifting setup. Add a 20kg bar and you're training at 170kg capacity from day one.
