Is the price for one plate or a pair?
A pair - every size ships as two matched plates, one for each side of the bar.

Can I drop these from overhead?
Yes - that's what bumpers are for. The 100% rubber body and low-recoil compound handle deadlifts and Olympic lifts being dropped. We still recommend rubber gym flooring under the platform to protect your slab and cut the noise.

Colour bumpers or the black Reload HD bumpers?
Both are drop-rated 50mm bumpers. These are the premium line - 100% rubber compound, IWF 450mm diameter, ±1% tolerance and colour coding that makes shared racks self-organising. The Reload HD EPDM bumpers are the classic all-black option at a sharper price.

Why does the same 450mm diameter matter?
Every size - even the 5kg - has the full Olympic diameter, so the bar always sits at proper pulling height whether you're warming up with 5s or maxing with 25s.

Will they fit my bar?
Yes - the stainless steel inserts fit snugly on all 50mm Olympic barbells, including our Elite Camo and Harden Chrome bars.

How do I store them?
The vertical plate tree is made for bumpers - it keeps the colour ladder visible and the floor clear.
