Package 6 is the half-rack home gym with room to grow: our 500kg-rated commercial half rack, the Reload TS213 adjustable bench (decline through 80° incline), the 700lb-rated chrome Olympic barbell, and your choice of 80kg to 150kg of Reload EPDM bumper plates with snap lock collars. Squat, bench at every angle, and drop your pulls - all from one delivery.

The Components

The half rack (OK9184e) - heavy-duty 75 x 75 x 2mm steel tubing rated to 500kg, with J-hooks protected by safety plastic, six Olympic plate storage holders and a matte black electrostatic powder coat. Footprint 1531W x 1404L x 2342H mm.

The bench (TS213) is the Reload Commercial Grade Adjustable Bench - 400kg rated, running from a slight decline through flat to six incline settings at up to 80°, with extra-thick padding and transport wheels, folding away when floor space matters.

The barbell is our Harden Chrome 700lb workhorse - 2.2m, 195,000 PSI tensile strength steel, precision-ground hard chrome sleeves.

The plates are Reload HD EPDM bumpers - 450mm outer diameter across every size, chemically bonded 10mm steel inserts, 75-90 SHa shore hardness, 50.5mm centre hole.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which bumper tier should I choose?
80kg covers a new lifter's first year; 100kg adds the 15s for finer jumps; 120kg and 150kg bring the 25kg pairs for serious pulling. You can always add pairs later - the rack stores them on six holders.

Can I drop the bar on these plates?
Yes - Reload HD EPDM bumpers are built for it. We recommend rubber gym flooring under the lifting area.

Half rack or full power cage?
The half rack gives you J-hooks, safeties and plate storage with open access for spotting - ideal for PT work and tighter spaces. Want fully enclosed? Step across to Package 2 with a commercial power cage.

How does this compare to the PT Studio Package?
Same rack and bench family - the PT Studio Package swaps the bumpers for tri grip plates and adds gym flooring. Choose bumpers (this package) if you drop your lifts.

What warranty does the package carry?
The barbell carries 2 years structural warranty for home use (1 year commercial) plus 12 months on bearings; the bench carries 5 years on the frame and 12 months on upholstery; the rack, plates and collars carry 12 months.
