The Reload Commercial Grade Adjustable Bench runs from a slight decline through flat to 80 degrees of incline, covering flat pressing, incline dumbbell work, seated shoulder press, supported rows and decline core work from a single station. The back pad locks positively at 0, 30, 40, 60, 75 and 80 degrees, plus the decline setting - every angle a complete dumbbell program needs.

The build is what makes it a best seller: 3mm powder-coated steel with laser-cut finishing, rated to a 400kg load capacity - a rating most benches at twice the price don't match - with contoured foam roller pads, boxed upholstery and high-density foam that holds its shape through daily use.
