The premium virgin rubber casing over a heavy-duty steel core protects your floor and equipment, and the tri grip handles make loading, unloading and carrying easy.

Is the price for one plate or a pair?
A pair - you receive two 20kg plates (40kg total), one for each side of the bar.

Will they fit my equipment?
Yes - the 50mm Olympic bore fits all Olympic barbells, leg press machines, plate loaded machines and Smith machines.

Tri grip or bumper plates?
Tri grips are easier to handle and store for general strength training; if you drop the bar from overhead, choose EPDM bumper plates instead.

Building a full set?
Neighbouring sizes: the 15kg pair below and the 25kg pair above - or grab a plate package (the bigger sets are priced below buying pairs individually) and keep them tidy on a plate tree.
