Is the price for one plate or a pair?
A pair - you receive two 25kg plates (50kg total), one for each side of the bar.

Why choose 25s over more 20s?
Sleeve space and speed. At 5cm thick per plate, a pair of 25s loads 50kg in the space of one big plate each side - heavy deadlifts and leg press stacks get set up faster with room to spare.

Will they fit my equipment?
Yes - the 50mm Olympic bore fits all Olympic barbells, leg press machines, plate loaded machines and Smith machines.

Tri grip or bumper plates?
Tri grips are easier to handle and store for general strength training; if you drop the bar from overhead, choose EPDM bumper plates instead.
