Reload Olympic Tricep Bar - Black | Hammer Curl Bar

Reload Olympic Tricep Bar – Black | Hammer Curl Bar

Fully Neutral Grips, Black Zinc Finish — Arm Day's Most Wrist-Friendly Bar

The Reload Olympic Tricep Bar in black puts your palms fully facing each other — the most natural pulling and pressing position there is — for skull crushers, hammer curls, close-grip presses and rows that load the arms hard while leaving wrists and elbows alone. It's the final step of the grip ladder: past the EZ bar, past the super curl, to completely neutral.

Built from A3 solid steel in a hard-wearing black zinc finish, with knurled 28mm grips and bushing-mounted 50mm Olympic sleeves that rotate with the plates instead of twisting against your hands.

Frequently Asked Questions

Black or chrome — what's the difference?
Same geometry and the same 136kg rating — the black zinc version is the heavier-duty build at 14kg (the chrome version is 11.5kg). Pick black for the finish and the extra bar weight, chrome for the lighter classic.

What's a tricep bar actually for?
Anything that feels better palms-in: skull crushers, hammer curls, close-grip floor and bench presses, front raises and carries. If an EZ bar still bothers your wrists, this is the fix.

What plates does it take?
Any Olympic plate with a 50mm centre hole — bumpers, tri-grips or cast iron. Standard-bore plates won't fit.
