I love love love walking so this year I decided to make it my main form of physical activity since I know I can 100% stick to it. I walk for an hour every day before work and on weekends so adding the weighted vest has been a perfect edition. The sand filling also hangs nicely on the body. The only downside to the product is how it fits on the body whilst doing HIIT workouts. The vest doesn’t cling to my upper body whilst jumping and doing upper body movements. Keep in my, I am more on the petite side. However, for low intensity exercise I definitely recommend this product.
