Compact 100cm Punching Bag for Boxing Fitness and Smaller Spaces

The Morgan XL Nugget is a compact punch bag made for training spaces where a full-length heavy bag won't fit. At 100cm tall and 35cm wide, and approx. 32-35kg filled, it gives a solid, dense target for boxing combinations, cardio boxing classes and punching-focused fitness work.

It's made from 850D ripstop vinyl and hangs from four nylon straps secured with D-rings. A tie-down loop at the base lets you anchor the bag to stop it swinging during fast rounds. The filled version is packed with a premium blend of Australian-made fleece and cotton for a dense but forgiving strike.

Choose your variant: the Filled bag arrives ready to hang; the Empty shell ships lighter and cheaper so you can fill it yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Empty or Filled: which should I buy?
Filled arrives ready to hang. Empty is the shell only and is much cheaper to freight. Fill it with Punch Bag Fill Material or fabric off-cuts packed tight, adding weight gradually until the firmness suits. Avoid filling with sand alone; it compacts rock-hard at the base.

Can I kick it?
At 100cm it's built mainly for punching. For round kicks and low kicks, choose a longer bag such as the Morgan V2 Pro XL 5ft or 6ft. For junior boxers, the lighter Morgan Mini & Skinny is a better fit.

What do I need to hang it?
Add a chain and swivel set and hang it from a rated ceiling hook, a bag stand or a wall bracket such as our folding punch bag hanger. Use a snap hook carabiner as a safety lock on the chain.
