The Morgan Mini & Skinny Punch Bag is built with junior boxers in mind. At 60cm x 30cm and approx. 15kg filled, it's sized so younger kids can see the bag move when they land their shots, rather than hitting a heavy bag that barely reacts. It also fits easily into bedrooms, garages and small studio corners.
It's made from 650D ripstop vinyl with nylon seat belt webbing straps and D-ring hanging straps. The filled version is packed in Australia with premium softer rags, so the bag is evenly balanced and forgiving on young hands.
Choose your variant: the Filled bag arrives ready to hang; the Empty shell ships lighter and cheaper so you can fill it yourself.

Empty or Filled: which should I buy?
Filled arrives ready to hang. Empty is the shell only and is much cheaper to freight. Fill it with Punch Bag Fill Material or soft fabric off-cuts packed tight, adding weight gradually until the firmness suits. For junior boxers, keep it on the softer side.
Is it suitable for adults?
Yes, for speed, accuracy and combination work. At 15kg it will move a lot under full-power adult punches, so for power training choose a heavier bag from our Heavy Punch Bags range.
What do I need to hang it?
The bag has D-ring hanging straps. Add a chain and swivel set and hang it from a rated ceiling hook, wall bracket or bag stand, with a snap hook carabiner as a safety lock on the chain. For kids, hang it so the top of the bag sits around head height.
