Flexible Equipment Financing From Fitness Hero with GRENKECompact 75 x 31cm Junior Punch Bag | Approx. 18kg Filled | Blue or Black
The Morgan Short & Skinny Punch Bag is a compact hanging bag that works as a junior punch bag and as a solid power-punch target for adults. At 75cm long, 31cm wide and approx. 18kg filled, it fits smaller gym spaces, garages and kids' classes, and its short length makes it easy to hang at the right height for younger boxers.
It's made from 750D ripstop vinyl with four nylon straps, including two hanging straps with industrial-quality D-rings and thread. The Filled version is packed with Australian-made fleece and cotton for a well-weighted, forgiving strike. Choose Blue or Black, Filled to hang straight away or Empty to fill it yourself and save on freight.

Empty or Filled: which should I buy?
Filled arrives ready to hang. Empty is the shell only and is much cheaper to freight. Fill it with Punch Bag Fill Material or fabric off-cuts packed tight, adding weight gradually until the firmness suits. Avoid filling with sand alone; it compacts rock-hard at the base.
Is it suitable for kids?
Yes. Morgan designed it as a junior punch bag: it's short, light enough to hang at a child's height, and the fleece and cotton fill gives a forgiving strike. Supervise younger children.
How does it compare to the 1m Skinny bag?
Both are 31cm wide. The Morgan 1m Skinny Punch Bag is 100cm long and approx. 20kg, so it gives a longer target for body shots and low strikes. The Short & Skinny is the more compact option.
What do I need to hang it?
Add a chain and swivel set and hang it from a rated ceiling hook, bag stand or wall bracket such as our folding punch bag hanger. Use a snap hook carabiner as a safety lock on the chain.
Ships Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse. Filled bags ship by freight carrier, which can be expensive. Buying the Empty bag and filling it on site keeps freight costs down, and we can also deliver to a local depot or business address, so get in touch before ordering.
