Flexible Equipment Financing From Fitness Hero with GRENKECompact 100 x 31cm Junior-Sized Punch Bag | Approx. 20kg Filled
The Morgan 1m Skinny Punch Bag is a junior-sized hanging bag that fits where a full-length heavy bag won't: home gyms, garages, kids' classes and smaller studios. At 100cm long, 31cm wide and approx. 20kg filled, it gives a solid target for combinations, technique and cardio boxing while still moving enough to reward good footwork.
It's made from 750D ripstop vinyl with four nylon straps, including two hanging straps fitted with industrial-quality D-rings and stitched with industrial-quality thread. The Filled version is packed with Australian-made fleece and cotton for a well-weighted, forgiving strike that suits younger boxers. Choose Filled to hang it straight away, or Empty to fill it yourself and save on freight.

Empty or Filled: which should I buy?
Filled arrives ready to hang. Empty is the shell only and is much cheaper to freight. Fill it with Punch Bag Fill Material or fabric off-cuts packed tight, adding weight gradually until the firmness suits. Avoid filling with sand alone; it compacts rock-hard at the base.
Is it suitable for kids?
Yes. Morgan designed it as a junior punch bag, and the fleece and cotton fill gives a forgiving strike. Adults also use it for boxing fitness and technique. Hang it at a height that suits the user and supervise younger children.
Is 20kg heavy enough?
For technique, speed, combinations and cardio boxing, yes. It will move under full-power strikes. For a heavier target, see the Morgan XL Nugget or the Heavy Punch Bags range.
What do I need to hang it?
Add a chain and swivel set and hang it from a rated ceiling hook, bag stand or wall bracket such as our folding punch bag hanger. Use a snap hook carabiner as a safety lock on the chain.
Ships Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse. Filled bags ship by freight carrier, which can be expensive. Buying the Empty bag and filling it on site keeps freight costs down, and we can also deliver to a local depot or business address, so get in touch before ordering.
