The Morgan Punch Bag Swivel is a compact 360-degree swivel with two S-hooks that connects your bag to its chains, a punch bag bracket or a free-standing bag frame. It lets the bag turn as you hit it, rather than twisting the chains and straps.

Morgan rates it for punch bags up to 5ft and recommends it for lighter bags. For a heavy commercial bag or a busy gym, use the Morgan Heavy Duty Elite Punch Bag Swivel or the Morgan V2 Punch Bag Chains & Swivel set.
What else do I need?
Chains or straps on the bag, and a rated ceiling hook, wall bracket or stand such as the Morgan DLX Rotational Hanging Hook or our folding punch bag hanger. Add a snap hook carabiner as a safety lock on the chain.
