The Morgan DLX Rotational Hanging Hook is a ceiling hook with a ball bearing rotating head, so a punch bag can spin freely as you hit it instead of twisting its chains. On a climbing rope, the rotation adds an extra challenge. It's designed for home and commercial gyms and has been tested to hold up to 175kg.
It's made from treated high-grade steel with heavy reinforced welding at the major stress points. A 15cm-wide base plate spreads the load, with 12cm between the fixing holes and 5cm from the plate to the hook entry. Fixings are supplied.

What can I hang from it?
Heavy and light punch bags, climbing ropes and floor to ceiling ball straps. Keep the total load, including the bag, chains and the force of strikes, well within the 175kg tested rating.
What do I fix it to?
Fix it into a solid ceiling joist, beam or concrete slab, never into plasterboard alone. Check the supplied fixings suit your ceiling material, and use fixings rated for the load if they don't.
Do I still need a swivel?
The hook rotates on its own bearings, so a separate swivel is optional. Most bags still need a chain and swivel set to connect the bag to the hook, and a snap hook carabiner makes a good safety lock.
