The Morgan V2 Elite Punch Bag Swivel is a commercially designed swivel made for heavier bags. It sits between your bracket and the bag's chains and lets the bag rotate a full 360 degrees as you hit it, so the chains don't twist and the load doesn't wind up on your bracket or ceiling fixing.

It's made from high-grade reinforced industrial steel and comes with two oversized 8.5mm thick quick-release carabiners, one for the mount and one for the bag, so you can hang or take down a bag in seconds. It suits wall brackets, ceiling mounts and free-standing punch bag stands, and is ideal for hanging punch bags that weigh up to 150kg.

Do I need a swivel for my punch bag?
It's well worth it. Without one, the bag's chains twist as the bag turns and the twisting load goes into your bracket and fixings. A swivel lets the bag spin freely and settles it faster between combinations.

What does it attach to?
Clip one carabiner to your bracket, ceiling mount or bag stand and the other to the ring where the bag's chains meet. Make sure your bracket and its fixings are rated for the bag's weight.

Is this the same as a speed ball swivel?
No. This is for heavy hanging bags. For a speed ball you need the Morgan V2 Endurance Ball Bearing Swivel.
