It's made from high-grade steel with a black nickel coating that protects against wear and weathering, and it's strong enough for daily use in commercial boxing gyms. The quick-release pin lets you swap or remove the speed ball in seconds for storage, and all the fixings needed to install it on your speed ball platform are included.

What do I need to set up a speed ball?
A speed ball platform, this swivel and a speed ball. Mount the swivel to the underside of a platform such as the Onyx Commercial Adjustable Speed Ball Platform, then clip on a ball like the Morgan Aventus 10" Speed Ball.
How does the quick-release work?
The ball's loop hooks onto the swivel and is held by a removable pin. Pull the pin to take the ball off for storage or to swap sizes, then refit it in seconds.
Why a ball bearing swivel?
Bearings cut friction so the ball rebounds faster and more evenly than on a basic hook, which makes it easier to find a steady rhythm and build real speed.
