Flexible Equipment Financing From Fitness Hero with GRENKEFast-Rebound 10" Speed Bag for Hand Speed, Rhythm and Timing
The speed ball is a staple of boxing training, building hand speed, rhythm, timing, hand-eye coordination and shoulder endurance with every round. The Morgan Aventus 10" speed ball is a compact 26cm x 16cm target with a heavy-duty rubber bladder for fast, consistent rebounds, balanced for a responsive feel.
A full-length strap is sewn through the entire length of the ball for strength, and the narrow swivel loop fits standard speed ball swivels. Because the smaller diameter rebounds quickly, it's best suited to intermediate and advanced users who already have their rhythm.

This product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear from normal training use, including surface impact wear or bladder punctures. Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For full terms, see our Warranty Policy.
What do I need to use it?
The speed ball hangs from a swivel on a speed ball platform. Pair it with the Onyx Commercial Adjustable Speed Ball Platform and a speed ball swivel such as the Morgan V2 Endurance Steel Ball Bearing Swivel.
Is a 10" ball right for beginners?
A 10" ball is smaller and faster than beginner sizes, so it suits boxers who already have their rhythm. Beginners can still use it with the platform set so the ball sits around mouth height, starting slowly.
Can I replace the bladder?
Yes. If the bladder is punctured, a Speed Ball Bladder (Spare Part) is available, so you don't need to replace the whole ball.
