Flexible Equipment Financing From Fitness Hero with GRENKECommercial 5ft Platinum Bag with Numbered Targets | 150 x 35cm, 1000D Vinyl
The Morgan 5ft Numbered Hanging Punch Bag (Morgan's Platinum Numbered bag) is a commercial-grade heavy bag built for high-volume gym use. Numbers printed across the bag give coaches and members a call-out system for combinations, accuracy and cardio boxing drills, and at 150cm tall and 35cm wide it takes punches, knees and kicks.
The shell is 1000D ripstop vinyl. Four reinforced 8mm steel triangle rings pass through leather patches with extra rivets to keep the top from sagging, and a tie-down loop at the base lets you fit a stabilising strap to limit swing. The Filled version is press-filled with a premium blend of Australian-made fleece and cotton for a dense, even strike, and hanging chains and a swivel are included.

Empty or Filled: which should I buy?
Filled arrives ready to hang. Empty is the shell only and is much cheaper to freight. Fill it with Punch Bag Fill Material or fabric off-cuts packed tight, adding weight gradually until the firmness suits. Avoid filling with sand alone; it compacts rock-hard at the base.
How do the numbers work?
Each number marks a target area. A coach or class instructor calls a sequence of numbers and you hit those targets, which builds accuracy, reaction time and combination flow. It works well for group classes and partner drills.
What do I need to hang it?
Chains and a swivel are included. You'll need a rated ceiling hook, bag stand or wall bracket, such as the Morgan DLX Rotational Hanging Hook or our folding punch bag hanger. Use a snap hook carabiner as a safety lock on the chain, and add a floor anchor to the tie-down loop if you want less swing.
Ships Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse. Filled bags ship by freight carrier, which can be expensive. Buying the Empty bag and filling it on site keeps freight costs down, and we can also deliver to a local depot or business address, so get in touch before ordering.
