What plates fit these handles?
Any plate with a 50mm Olympic bore — rubber tri grips, bumpers or cast iron. Smaller-diameter plates (1.25-10kg) work best for dumbbell movements, keeping the loaded length manageable for pressing and rowing.

How heavy can I go?
Each handle is rated to 200lb (approx 90kg) — far beyond what most lifters will load on a dumbbell handle. The 5-5.5kg handle weight counts toward your working load, just like a barbell.

Are collars included?
Yes — two pairs of spring lock collars come in the box, one pair per handle, so you can load and lift straight away.
