The sissy squat is the hardest quad exercise most lifters have never done: feet locked, knees travelling forward, and the quads lengthening under full control. The Reload TM92 locks your feet and shins in padded supports so you can lean back and earn every degree.

An adjustable footplate fits every user, the padded supports keep the knees tracking clean, and at 42kg in a 1m footprint it drops serious quad work into any corner of the floor.
