One bench, three stations: the Reload All-In-One pairs a commercial-grade adjustable bench with a plate-loaded leg extension / leg curl attachment and a preacher curl attachment - pressing, quads, hamstrings and biceps from a single footprint.

The bench itself is 3mm powder-coated, laser-cut steel rated to 400kg, with high-density foam, boxed upholstery and contoured roller pads. The back pad adjusts from flat through five incline positions, and the whole unit folds and rolls away on transport wheels at 48kg.

What do the attachments do?
The leg extension / leg curl attachment works quadriceps and hamstrings; the preacher curl pad isolates biceps. Both load with Olympic plates for progressive resistance.

Are plates included?
No - the attachments take 50mm Olympic plates, sold separately. Our tri grip plates are the natural partner - the smaller sizes (2.5-10kg) suit the attachments perfectly.

Does it go to decline?
No - this model runs flat through five incline positions. If decline matters, the TS213 and the 400kg FID bench both include it.

Which Reload bench should I choose?
This TS214 if you want leg and arm isolation built in; the TS213 for the widest angle range including decline in a foldable 28kg frame; the TS212 Super Bench for maximum mass and stability under the heaviest pressing.

What warranty does it carry?
5 years on the frame and 12 months on upholstery - the same cover as the rest of the Reload bench family - in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights. See the full warranty policy.
