The Components

The barbell is our Harden Chrome 700lb workhorse - full 2.2m Olympic length, 28mm shaft, 195,000 PSI tensile strength steel, precision-ground hard chrome sleeves, no centre knurl.

The plates are Reload HD EPDM bumpers - 450mm outer diameter across every size (so the bar always sits at proper pulling height), chemically bonded 10mm steel inserts, 75-90 SHa shore hardness for low bounce, 50.5mm centre hole.

The collars are snap latch - easy on and off, designed to fit all Olympic size barbells.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which set should I choose?
The 60kg set (15/10/5kg pairs) suits new lifters with fine loading jumps; the 80kg set swaps up to 20kg pairs for more headroom; the 100kg set brings 25kg pairs plus four 10s for serious pulling with flexible loading.

Can I drop the bar on these plates?
Yes - that's the point. Reload HD EPDM bumpers are dense, low-bounce rubber built for deadlifts, cleans and overhead lifts being dropped. We recommend rubber gym flooring under the lifting area.

Is it cheaper than buying separately?
Yes - the bar, bumpers and collars are the identical standalone products, and every set is priced below their combined individual prices.

No rack - what if I want to squat and bench?
Step up to the same bundle with stands included: the 70kg squat rack package or 100kg squat rack package - or go full rack with Package 15.

What if I need more weight later?
Add Reload HD bumper pairs from 5kg to 25kg any time, and keep them tidy on a plate tree.

What warranty does the package carry?
The barbell carries 2 years structural warranty for home use (1 year commercial) plus 12 months on bearings; the plates and collars carry 12 months. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply on top - see the full warranty policy.
