The QLI Super Duty SPX Rack 2 QSPX2 is a compact half rack for bench presses, shoulder presses, squats and overhead lifts, plus dips and more with the right attachments. Its heavy-duty steel frame delivers strength and safety under heavy loads, and the height adjusts easily to suit users of all sizes and exercise types.

Front and rear uprights are linked by curved side frames, a pull-up bar spans the top, and the frame works with multiple attachments to support a wide variety of strength movements. On a compact 1322 × 1212mm footprint, it suits home gyms and smaller commercial gyms that want rack training without a full cage.

QLI designs the QSPX2 to work with multiple attachments, but J-hooks aren't shown in the product images. Contact us to confirm what's included with your order.

What exercises can I do on it?
Bench presses, shoulder presses, squats and overhead lifts, plus dips and more with the right attachments.

Will it fit under my ceiling?
The QSPX2 stands 2418mm tall, so check your ceiling height before you order and allow clearance above the pull-up bar.

How much floor space do I need?
The footprint is 1322 × 1212mm, with a net weight of 116kg. Allow room either side for loading the bar.

QSPX2 or QSPX1 — which SPX rack should I choose?
