The QLI Adjustable Bench QAB03 is a compact, no-fuss commercial bench built to live in front of a rack. Six backrest positions on a numbered ladder adjuster take it from flat to steep incline in seconds, so presses, rows and dumbbell work flow from one setting to the next.

The main frame is high-grade steel with electrostatic powder coating against corrosion, the legs grip the floor on anti-slip rubber, and the padded upholstery stays comfortable through long sessions. Wheels at the rear and a handle at the front let one person move it between stations.

It measures 1350mm long, 640mm wide and 444mm high when flat, and weighs 41kg.
