The QLI Adjustable Bench QAB01 is the workhorse every strength floor needs. A ladder-style adjuster takes the backrest from flat through incline to near upright, the seat and leg hold-down rollers adjust to match, and the result is one bench that covers presses, rows, flyes and core work.

High-grade steel on stable legs with anti-slip rubber feet keeps it planted under heavy dumbbells, the padded upholstery is built for daily commercial use, and wheels plus a handle make it easy to move between racks and stations.

Can I see it before I buy?
Yes — the QAB01 is on the floor at both our Villawood and Bankstown showrooms. Come in and try the angles before you commit.

Is it easy to move?
Yes — wheels and a handle let one person roll it between racks and stations.

QAB01 or QAB03 — which QLI bench should I choose?
The QAB01 adds an adjustable seat and leg hold-down rollers on a longer 1532mm frame. For a compact flat-to-incline bench, the QLI QAB03 is 1350mm long and 41kg.
