Flexible Equipment Financing From Fitness Hero with GRENKE7-Level Adjustable Arms | Triple Resistance Modes | Rotating Handles | Adjustable Seat & Backrest | Model QASP63
The QLI Adjustable Shoulder Press Machine QASP63 targets the front and side delts with precision and adaptability. The adjustable seat and backrest set an ergonomic posture that minimises back strain, and the rotatable non-slip handles move with the shoulder for maximum deltoid activation.
Seven-level adjustable lifting arms customise the range of motion for users of all sizes, and three resistance modes change how the press feels — constant throughout, light to heavy, or heavy easing off as you push. A flexible handle assembly keeps joint tension low, and rubber-coated feet keep the machine stable while protecting the floor.
Sold, delivered and installed by Fitness Hero — our Sydney technicians assemble and service QLI equipment, and commercial projects get a free 2D/3D floor plan with every quote.

What muscles does it train?
The front and side delts, with the triceps and upper chest assisting. The rotating handles let the shoulders move naturally through the press.
How do the resistance modes work?
Position 1 gives constant resistance through the lift, position 2 starts light and builds, and position 3 starts heavy and eases as you press.
Is it Olympic plate compatible?
Yes — load Olympic plates straight onto the weight horns.
What's the weight capacity?
QLI rates the QASP63 to 300kg.
How much floor space do I need?
The footprint is 1695 × 1979mm and it stands 1508mm high. At 256kg it's a professional install — check access for stairs, lifts and doorways first, and our technician team can advise on delivery and positioning.
Can I order it in other colours?
The QASP63 is supplied in the black frame and red press arms shown. QLI offers custom frame and upholstery colours on full container orders made at its factory — contact us if you're planning a large fit-out.
Does the price include GST?
Yes — all prices on our site include GST, and businesses receive a tax invoice to claim the GST credit.
