The QLI Chest Press Machine QCP78 is built for strong, well-defined chest development. Its biomechanics closely mimic a dumbbell chest press for a natural feel, and two independent moving arms let users train one or both sides at a time.

Resistance peaks at full extension to maximise muscle stimulation, the rotating handles adjust to the most effective angle, and the backrest adjusts to suit each user. Integrated weight holders keep plates within reach for quick changes and a clutter-free floor.
