The QLI Adjustable Lat Pulldown Machine QALPM93 refines the classic lat pulldown into a smooth, stable and highly adjustable movement. Independent movement arms support single- or dual-arm pulling for balanced development, and dual handle attachment points open up a range of grips to target different areas of the back.

The 180° rotating seat assembly turns inward or outward for different pulldown variations, while the adjustable seat height, roller cushions and tilting chest pad lock each user in. Three resistance settings change how the load builds through the pull — constant, light to heavy, or heavy to light — so lifters can attack individual weak points.

What muscles does it train?
The lats are the primary target, with the mid-back, rear shoulders and biceps assisting. Changing the grip, seat direction and resistance setting shifts the emphasis across the back.

How do the three resistance settings work?
Position 1 gives constant resistance across the full pull, position 2 starts light and gets heavier, and position 3 starts heavy and eases off — move the plates to suit the training goal.

Is it Olympic plate compatible?
Yes — load Olympic plates straight onto the weight horns.

What's the weight capacity?
QLI rates the QALPM93 to 250kg.

How much floor space do I need?
The footprint is 2374 × 1520mm and it stands 2263mm high. At 217kg it's a professional install — check access for stairs, lifts and doorways first, and our technician team can advise on delivery and positioning.

The QALPM93 is supplied in the black frame and red movement arms shown. QLI offers custom frame and upholstery colours on full container orders made at its factory — contact us if you're planning a large fit-out.
