The QLI Lat Pull Row Plate Machine QLPRM93 is a dual-function machine engineered for both pulldown and row movements, delivering full back and lat engagement from one station. Its ergonomic design lets users train effectively and safely, promoting balanced strength and muscle development across the back.

Dual independent arms work one side or both together, the seat height adjusts with a locking pin, and the chest pad adjusts in angle, height and position for comfort and stability. Three plate-loading positions change the resistance profile — balanced, light to heavy, or heavy to light — so it suits beginners through to advanced strength training.

What muscles does it train?
The lats, mid-back and rear shoulders, with the biceps assisting. Pulldowns emphasise lat width, while rows build thickness through the mid-back.

How do the three plate positions work?
Position 1 gives balanced, consistent resistance, position 2 starts light and gets heavier, and position 3 starts heavy and eases off — move the plates to suit the training goal.

Is it Olympic plate compatible?
Yes — load Olympic plates straight onto the weight horns.

What's the weight capacity?
QLI rates the QLPRM93 to 250kg.

How much floor space do I need?
The footprint is 2374 × 1520mm and it stands 2264mm high. At 207kg it's a professional install — check access for stairs, lifts and doorways first, and our technician team can advise on delivery and positioning.

The QLPRM93 is supplied in the black frame and red lever arms shown. QLI offers custom frame and upholstery colours on full container orders made at its factory — contact us if you're planning a large fit-out.
